DARIANE MIRANDO

Dariane Mirando is Boulder Technology's Customer Service Manager.  In this role Dariane is responsible for overseeing software testing and release management for all Boulder Technology systems as well as end-user support for all Boulder Technology clients.

Dariane possesses over 16 years experience managing customer service and other business operations across a variety of industries.  Prior to joining Boulder Technology, Dariane served as Vice President of Customer Relations for Meridian VAT Reclaim, a global provider of value-added tax recovery and consulting services.  At Meridian, Dariane helped support a worldwide client base of 6,000 businesses including fully half of the companies within the Fortune 500.

Dariane's background includes extensive work with small businesses and franchise enterprises.  A one-time franchise owner-operator herself, Dariane provided consulting services to other franchisers on accounting & financial management, marketing, human resource management, and general business operation
